Huna Spring Equinox

Huna is the modern label for an ancient system of empowerment and flexibility of mind-body-spirit. The lineage of Huna I was taught by my father was passed to him by the Bray family in Kailua-Kona. prerequisite for human intelligence.

the invention of the computer, it is essential that we seek ways
and means to improve our memory and speed of learning,
so that we can deal with this large amount of
information, which is always changing.

In conclusion, let me say this: your mind is capable of much
more than you can imagine. The special
