How to Not Be Afraid of a Ghost

My house seems haunted, why? Who knows? I woke up at all hours of the morning, around steps, knocking, creaking, flickering lights … You name it. I start a little bit frustrated that I can not even see is controlling my sleep-wake cycle, not to mention scare me and my family.

I am also with the fact that whatever it is my daughter is too frightened by which sleep in her room at night or even watch a movie in there alone for that matter fed. My daughter will not play in her room, despite the fact that I have painted a light color, and she and I decorated her mirror and created our own shelves, wooden baskets. Everything they could want to play with is in her room, but she wants to wait until I go there with her before it for a toy that does not look into clear view. You and I have seen a large shadow move on her door and saw my husband, it seemed to be a smoky white form of a little person, what looked like a dress zooms out of the bathroom in the kitchen.

I have prayed, sprinkled holy water over the doors and windows, talked to the spirit and told that we do not have enough time to pay attention and move on, I said it that it’s time for bed, and not for me to arouse, put my shoes at the end of the bed to different directions (a technique I read confused spirits) and so on. I have this spirit is enough (though my daughter is alive or not mentioned in the same room of course) that I said of course it again and realized I did before my husband and began to laugh at the insanity. I had to do serious intentions about this situation and always something, as if pinching.

Right when I think the paranormal activity is at its peak, there is another event that will be tops. I came very thing in my house when I heard a noise and got clear as the day that I woke up at 4:00 clock to sleep and my daughter slept in her room, something that is a pattern would cry I close before breaking Kindergarten! The sound was as if someone knocked sound with big hands on the floor with their knuckles like a horse, if you will. The part about this noise that got out of freaked me was the fact that it was right next to me on the floor, where my daughter’s pony. This is a stuffed horse about 3 feet tall, they can sit, but it does not make any noise or moving at all. It sounds stupid, but it almost seemed like a bad joke.

I finally blew it and drifted off to sleep and was awakened by a noise identical to the knock. It sounded like a knuckle at a time. This dreaded noise was galloping back to the same position. This sound could not be from somewhere outside the room, there have been impossible. My husband was asleep on the couch but woke to the sound of steps and my daughter, thankfully, was asleep. They came home together, as we now recently again for the holidays. I woke up early, even though I had hardly any sleep and began to finish the preparations in the bathroom at about 07.00 clock, when all of a sudden I heard what sounded like a big plastic cups come from the kitchen cupboard and in the middle of the flying floor. I would not see, but I still saw that nothing was in the kitchen fell on the floor or on the counter.

Could this spirit or what ever it want to be mocking me? Could it requires a child’s attention? My husband said the white figure he saw was small enough to look like a child and ran as if she was wearing a dress with a quick glance. This fear of the daylights out of us and made me sad. The scary part about this idea is the fact that children do almost anything for attention. Maybe this is what happens. Who knows why I would have a child ghost in my house because it’s only a couple who lived there before my parents bought the house and in 1976 we never had a noticeable paranormal occurrences, when I was growing up.

The most common time for paranormal activity in my house is between 2.00 bis 04.30 clock, so I know pretty much when they are afraid. I went to bed at 11:00 clock the night before the last nervous about events occurring in the night would be as they seem unavoidable. It was not long before this time will be awakened. It was 23.30 clock if my mattress started shaking. I could not believe what is happening there. It was not like the scene from “The Exorcist” or something where the whole bed above the ground and begins to hammer up and down. This was a quick side by side, shaking the entire mattress, as though some tried to wake me. I was wide awake and sitting when the shaking finally subsided. I said aloud: “This is ridiculous.” I stood up and pulled my husband sleep with me on the couch in the living room. I woke up every half hour and an hour I had slept before the alarm clock rang and it was time to get ready for work!

I’m not kidding, that’s annoying. I am 35 years old and I can not sleep because I’m afraid of ghosts. Go tell that to a psychologist and see what they say! I have a degree in psychology, think of the way, and although I do not believe in ghosts, that I never really I would be haunted by a regular basis. I am a very well-adjusted individual so I know that what I experienced is valid. At least I have proof that I did not lose my mind when my husband and five year old daughter have both noticed the paranormal activity (of course always give my daughter an alternative explanation, rather than telling you is happening, what really).

I have had him. I must prepare myself not to be afraid, no matter what I hear or sensations I feel in the middle of the night noises. It is time for the mind, who is the boss, show. I’m ready for bed last night set at 10.30 clock on the assumption that this ghost could be a child, I do not want to scare, but I wanted the law. I said firmly, according to (my daughter was sleeping), “It is time for bed and even if you sleep you do not have to be quiet. You will not wake me up tonight because I am to work and I will sleep” . My husband was laughing at me, but I did not move. I showed no weakness, although I do not act as either too hard.

However, I have put to bed with a bottle of holy water under my pillow and my shoes at the door of the bedroom before opposite directions for added convenience. I lay with my hands behind his head and gave a very strict state of mind. I told myself that it is ridiculous to control a company if I do not sleep at night, asked me that I have a good night sleep and have no fear when I am woken up by another unexpected incident. There was either no activity last night, or I could out of tune enough to not be aroused.

I will not have to do a compulsive pattern of things before I start going to bed, I will test this for a few days and then do nothing, to see a night if it makes a difference. If the paranormal activity started well again, I think I’ll just keep with my diet. I’ll keep you posted!
