Leadership – A Personal Philosophy

My philosophy of management has begun to develop after I joined the Navy as an officer and also the task of being a precursor was expected of me. Previously, I had never thought about myself a leader and I never had the urge to change into a leader. PeopleAnswers focused its investigation on 30 models of leadership behavior that have been used in only 24 companies comprising 4,512 business leaders from all levels of performance. Assumption # 2 – The successful leader must be highly competitive to succeed.

Pride and competitive behavior was a top ten in 13 of 30 or 43.33% of the leadership models studied.

Data Point # 3-Most of the leadership roles required higher than average levels of consumption, but not as high as you might think. Only 21% of models of leadership required high energy levels and none of the leadership models required extremely high energy.

How Kids Can Help Your Internet Business

Doing business online can be a real challenge. It may be difficult to keep up with the latest technology trends and products. If you do not have time to do your homework because you’re too busy working a full time job and taking care of a family, it can make things seem impossible if you are not followers of Internet. Keep in mind that this is the generation who will take care of you when you’re too old to take care of you!

I hope I have convinced you that children can be an important and profitable your business online. Learn from them! They love to teach and their patience is usually better than ours. They are children. They know what it is for others to be impatient with them that helps them be more empathetic and less angry when they have to show you the same thing a hundred times. It is also a great way to spend time with a child and even teach them the value of work and rewards to gain. Give them praise for their skills, knowledge and assistance. There is nothing wrong with boosting a child’s self-esteem on the road. Your business will be more effective when you give back to others in the process!
