How to Not Be Afraid of a Ghost
My house seems haunted, why? Who knows? I woke up at all hours of the morning, around steps, knocking, creaking, flickering lights … You name it. I start a little bit frustrated that I can not even see is controlling my sleep-wake cycle, not to mention scare me and my family.
I am also with the fact that whatever it is my daughter is too frightened by which sleep in her room at night or even watch a movie in there alone for that matter fed. My daughter will not play in her room, despite the fact that I have painted a light color, and she and I decorated her mirror and created our own shelves, wooden baskets. Everything they could want to play with is in her room, but she wants to wait until I go there with her before it for a toy that does not look into clear view. You and I have seen a large shadow move on her door and saw my husband, it seemed to be a smoky white form of a little person, what looked like a dress zooms out of the bathroom in the kitchen.
I have prayed, sprinkled holy water over the doors and windows, talked to the spirit and told that we do not have enough time to pay attention and move on, I said it that it’s time for bed, and not for me to arouse, put my shoes at the end of the bed to different directions (a technique I read confused spirits) and so on. I have this spirit is enough (though my daughter is alive or not mentioned in the same room of course) that I said of course it again and realized I did before my husband and began to laugh at the insanity. I had to do serious intentions about this situation and always something, as if pinching.
Right when I think the paranormal activity is at its peak, there is another event that will be tops. I came very thing in my house when I heard a noise and got clear as the day that I woke up at 4:00 clock to sleep and my daughter slept in her room, something that is a pattern would cry I close before breaking Kindergarten! The sound was as if someone knocked sound with big hands on the floor with their knuckles like a horse, if you will. The part about this noise that got out of freaked me was the fact that it was right next to me on the floor, where my daughter’s pony. This is a stuffed horse about 3 feet tall, they can sit, but it does not make any noise or moving at all. It sounds stupid, but it almost seemed like a bad joke.
I finally blew it and drifted off to sleep and was awakened by a noise identical to the knock. It sounded like a knuckle at a time. This dreaded noise was galloping back to the same position. This sound could not be from somewhere outside the room, there have been impossible. My husband was asleep on the couch but woke to the sound of steps and my daughter, thankfully, was asleep. They came home together, as we now recently again for the holidays. I woke up early, even though I had hardly any sleep and began to finish the preparations in the bathroom at about 07.00 clock, when all of a sudden I heard what sounded like a big plastic cups come from the kitchen cupboard and in the middle of the flying floor. I would not see, but I still saw that nothing was in the kitchen fell on the floor or on the counter.
Could this spirit or what ever it want to be mocking me? Could it requires a child’s attention? My husband said the white figure he saw was small enough to look like a child and ran as if she was wearing a dress with a quick glance. This fear of the daylights out of us and made me sad. The scary part about this idea is the fact that children do almost anything for attention. Maybe this is what happens. Who knows why I would have a child ghost in my house because it’s only a couple who lived there before my parents bought the house and in 1976 we never had a noticeable paranormal occurrences, when I was growing up.
The most common time for paranormal activity in my house is between 2.00 bis 04.30 clock, so I know pretty much when they are afraid. I went to bed at 11:00 clock the night before the last nervous about events occurring in the night would be as they seem unavoidable. It was not long before this time will be awakened. It was 23.30 clock if my mattress started shaking. I could not believe what is happening there. It was not like the scene from “The Exorcist” or something where the whole bed above the ground and begins to hammer up and down. This was a quick side by side, shaking the entire mattress, as though some tried to wake me. I was wide awake and sitting when the shaking finally subsided. I said aloud: “This is ridiculous.” I stood up and pulled my husband sleep with me on the couch in the living room. I woke up every half hour and an hour I had slept before the alarm clock rang and it was time to get ready for work!
I’m not kidding, that’s annoying. I am 35 years old and I can not sleep because I’m afraid of ghosts. Go tell that to a psychologist and see what they say! I have a degree in psychology, think of the way, and although I do not believe in ghosts, that I never really I would be haunted by a regular basis. I am a very well-adjusted individual so I know that what I experienced is valid. At least I have proof that I did not lose my mind when my husband and five year old daughter have both noticed the paranormal activity (of course always give my daughter an alternative explanation, rather than telling you is happening, what really).
I have had him. I must prepare myself not to be afraid, no matter what I hear or sensations I feel in the middle of the night noises. It is time for the mind, who is the boss, show. I’m ready for bed last night set at 10.30 clock on the assumption that this ghost could be a child, I do not want to scare, but I wanted the law. I lay with my hands behind his head and gave a very strict state of mind. I told myself that it is ridiculous to control a company if I do not sleep at night, asked me that I have a good night sleep and have no fear when I am woken up by another unexpected incident. There was either no activity last night, or I could out of tune enough to not be aroused.
I will not have to do a compulsive pattern of things before I start going to bed, I will test this for a few days and then do nothing, to see a night if it makes a difference. If the paranormal activity started well again, I think I’ll just keep with my diet. I’ll keep you posted!

The concept of leadership has been widely watched and often studied, but a thorough knowledge of what defines leadership success has always remained just out of reach.
PeopleAnswers tried to find the answer (s) to the old question: “What makes a great leader?” After studying the behavioral characteristics of thousands of entrepreneurs, the resulting data may reveal common aspects that define strong leadership. What patterns or similar behavior could possibly be found again and again? Forming a concise recipe leadership, research never ends for the leaders of quality could finally be simplified to a standardized set of characteristics that can help predict successful leadership in any organization. But we could successfully apply science and behavioral psychology leading to extract these “revelations” on the basis of data?
PeopleAnswers focused its investigation on 30 models of leadership behavior that have been used in only 24 companies comprising 4,512 business leaders from all levels of performance. These companies including several from the Fortune 500. Each of the 30 models of leadership were analyzed to identify the most common behaviors that differentiate leaders from higher performance by leading to low efficiency. results PeopleAnswers’ drawn from this data set has revealed new evidence that should serve as a vital piece of any equity or leadership training effort.

Behavioral Study
For this study, leadership roles were analyzed in 30 models of leadership with the behavior and performance data of 4512 entrepreneurs. For each role, a single leadership model was created to bring together the strongest predictors of leadership behavior depending on the preferences as they relate to actual performance quantified at work. The process included comparing each of the 30 models in a common quest for leadership behaviors predictive of leadership success (even considering the importance and degree). The study was based on the following parameters:
- There were (n = 24) represented companies, some with a turnover of billions of dollars a year, between (n = 10) of industries: medical, food, retail, financial, Restaurant, Hotel, Food Service, Property Management, Industrial, and customer service.
- leadership success was defined as a result of consistent, quantifiable business objectives current designated by the organization (for example, “percent to plan” sales performance).

During the study, each of 30 leadership models was analyzed and the top ten “most predictive” behaviors were recorded and compared. The next step was to identify the three most common behavior (outside the top ten) in all 30 models of leadership. The behaviors that occur more intuitive, or more frequently to provide the drive to further explore the degree or amount of any conduct necessary to predict the success of leadership for each of these three behaviors.
Leadership Challenging Assumptions
On the basis of the three most important leadership behaviors or predictive (Energy, competitive pride, and Acceptance of Authority), hypotheses were formed based on common (natural) assumption of leadership success. It ’s a common practice to assume that successful leaders demonstrate a strong connection with, or very high level of a particular behavior. For this study, we examined the various degrees needed to succeed in each of these three important behaviors.
Assumption # 1 – The leaders must be “high energy” to succeed.
Energy was considered the most intuitive (or more frequently) behavior in 14 of 30 or 46.67% of the models of leadership.
- 21% of the required models below average levels of energy
- 37% of average levels of energy required models
- 21% of the models required an above average
- 21% of the models required high levels of energy
- 0% of the models required an extremely high level of energy
Although most models of leadership required amount of energy above the average, there were no models that required extraordinary levels of energy.
Assumption # 2 – The successful leader must be highly competitive to succeed.
Pride and competitive behavior was a top ten in 13 of 30 or 43.33% of the leadership models studied.

- 39% of the models required a balance between supportive and competitive
- 38% of the models required a more competitive

Most models of leadership needed on average or slightly above the average level of Competitive ferocity. None of the models of leadership for a high or very high competitive level of ferocity.
Assumption # 3 – The successful leader needs to have a more rebellious to be a high performer.
According to the data studied, acceptance of authority was considered one of the most intuitive behavior in 12 of 30 or 40.00% of the models of leadership.
- 42% of the models required a more rebellious
- 41% of the models required a balance between authority and accept being rebellious
- 17% of the models required an acceptance of
- 0% of the models required a high level of acceptance
- 0% of the models required a high level of acceptance
According to the data studied, 84% of the models of leadership required a level below the mean or average acceptance of authority. None of the models of leadership for a high or very high level of acceptance of authority.

Data Point # 1-All 38 behaviors play a role in leadership. Through each leadership model studied, all 38 behaviors appeared in the top ten at least two or more models of leadership. Data Point # 2-leadership behaviors are situational success. Even the most common or frequent leadership behaviors was recharged in less than 50% of the models. Put another way, just over half of the 30 management models did not consider the energy (most often behaviors) as a distinguishing feature to identify the important leadership success. The data does not support the notion of universal or “off-the-shelf model of leadership behavior that predict successful leadership.
Conclusion: there was no cut-and-dried combination of behaviors that have provided leadership for success (even occasionally).

Data Point # 3-Most of the leadership roles required higher than average levels of consumption, but not as high as you might think. Only 21% of models of leadership required high energy levels and none of the leadership models required extremely high energy.
By definition, a high energy level is often manifested through a lot of activity, but the negative is the byproduct hyperactivity, waste and inefficiency. In practice, an above average level of energy translates into the ability to maintain a leading group of people focused and moving in rhythm and in the right direction, without the frustration of hyperactivity. In contrast, “person” can run a high-energy environments just for the fun look to do, but do less work than it seems.
Conclusion -The most successful leaders possess above average amount of energy, but not too much!

Data Point # 4-Great leaders are competitive, but also understand the importance of being inclusive. According to the data, 23% of models of leadership required a more cohesive approach to other leaders. In combination with 39% of the models of leadership that took a balanced approach, these results show that the balance is more important than being ultra-competitive. Intuitively, the concept of balance to support the competition has a sense of leadership. Leaders must know whether competition is appropriate and when to be supportive of those around them is more valuable than competitors.
Conclusion-A balance of respect for authority and rebellion is a common indicator of leadership.

In fact, 42% of the models of leadership required a more rebellious approach to leadership. Many organizations rely on their leaders to challenge the current structure and methods that have been historically successful (or unsuccessful, as appropriate).

Remember our original question: “What makes a great leader?” Contrary to our preconceived notions of what we expected responses to be-for example, all successful leaders must be high energy and highly competitive while the Powers-that-be fight every opportunity, what we found was not so clearly. Indeed, successful leaders were scattered around the edge of behavior, ranging from one degree below the average behavior of a high degree of another.
What is the solution for identifying and recruiting successful leader for your team? Additional features of their organization stronger leadership that translate into success at work. To do this manually, look at your manager and your management team clues as to the behaviors that help leaders succeed. Established in 1925 as a weaving school was renamed the Pabna Textile Engineering College June 25, 1926 after a visit by the Governor of the British Government.
During 1980 and 1990, the College has undergone two name changes further, first in 1980 for the District Textile Institute, and later in 1993-1994 Diploma in Textile Technology.
The Pabna Textile Engineering College was reopened March 17, 2007 Secretary Md Abdur Rashid Shark, the Ministry of Jute and Textile of the Government of Bangladesh. The college is an institution operated by the government under the Ministry of Jute and Textile, with course curriculum established by the University of Rajshahi. The college currently offers a four-year degree in textile engineering, and houses approximately 320 students.

Admission
General admission procedure and admission requirements
Admission to the College of Textile Engineering & Technology is highly competitive and requires a high academic achievement in SSC and HSC level. Selecting students for admission is through entrance examination of 200 marks. Students get chance to input on merit.
The admission requirements for entrance test are:
Students must be born in Bangladesh. Passed S.S.C. (SC) First Division / GPA 4.0 from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or equivalent. Passed HSC (Sc) or an equivalent examination of the current academic year to obtain at least 3.0 GPA and an average of at least 3.75 but not less individually Class B in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Students passed intermediate last academic year can also apply. Students must obtain S.S.C (Sc) and H.S.C. (Sc) total GPA of 7.5.
Admission of foreign students: Foreign students must apply in advance through their respective embassies in the Bangladesh Ministry of Education, Govt. Bangladesh, enclosing the examination passed and the transcript of academic records. Five seats are recovered for SAARC countries.

Technological knowledge and skills of textile engineers are much appreciated by textile manufacturing companies. The industry realizes that its future will depend on the quality of technology and management, because product quality and productivity play a vital role for the export of garments. Our gradutes play an important role in the production and quality management. As a result of exports in the clothing industry now a days has reached about 76% of total exports. Most graduates are employed in the textile textile industry in the process or plant managers, development engineers or technologists. Recent graduates have found employment in the areas of production management, Design, Textile Testing & Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Buying House, Commercial banks, customs, etc. At present there is a huge demand for textile engineers in Bangladesh.

Workshops and laboratories of the College of Textile Technology are equipped with the latest machines and equipment that is comparable to any international standard.
Yarn Production Laboratory
The laboratory provides practical knowledge regarding the technical and short fiber yarn (cotton) and long fibers (jute). The laboratory facilities include both traditional and modern machinery with new technology as open-end spinning, air jet spinning etc.
Weaving workshop
The laboratory has the ability to weave cotton, synthetic and hessian including tappet, dobby looms and jacard hand frame, the ordinary power loom, power loom and modern automatic loom with CAD. Modern air-jet looms loom, rapier loom with electronic jacquard, projectile looms.
Knitting Lab
This laboratory is equipped with warp and weft, and knitting machines. Warp knitting machine and includes both raschel knitting and weft knitting machine circular cover (single jersey, interlock, rib, jacquard) and flat knitting machine.
Wet Lab
This workshop includes machines burn, desizing, mercerization, dyeing, printing and finishing. Students are able to get detail idea of total wet processing technology from the laboratory. This laboratory has the plant material as a dye for fiber, yarn and fabric form and style of different print. Although this laboratory is the color data from the computerized gas chromatographic-graphy & Mass Spectrophotometer, light fastness and other equipment for quality control to ensure robustness to dyeing and finishing quality.light and other equipment necessary for quality control ensure the dyeing and finishing quality.
Garments Laboratory
Garments laboratory is equipped with all types of cutting, sewing and finishing machines used in clothing. This laboratory is also equipped with Lectra CAD-CAM system for marker making and cutting and dyeing clothes, washing and embroidery machine.
Testing Laboratory
Laboratory testing is one of the richest in the country and the laboratory test facility for testing of fibers, yarns and fabrics. Almost all types of textile testing can be done here. This laboratory test machine traditional and modern, including uniformity of test Classimat yarn Strength Tester, Multifunction Tester Superb, HFT and electron microscopy.
Computer Laboratory
To build students for the new millennium well equipped computer lab offers the opportunity to practice for 40 students at a time. We also have facilities for using the Internet for teachers and students.

This workshop gives students the idea on electrical and electronic technologies. This laboratory is also equipped with pneumatic control system and electro-pneumatic.
